Complete Pruning: Includes hazard reduction pruning, precise deadwood removal, thorough clearance pruning, elimination of lowest sucker growth, targeted end weight reduction when necessary, and strategic pruning to address any possible structural defects.
Crown Clean: This encompass the removal of dead, broken, or diseased limbs 2 inches in diameter or larger. We address rubbing or crossing branches and shorten or remove one of two limbs originating within 12 inches of each other on the trunk. Also we eliminate weakly attached branches, suckers, and select water sprouts, we do not remove all water sprouts or interior branches.
Crown Raise: After a proper crown raise, we remove branches on the upper 1/3 of the tree, the results will have foliage on branches in the upper 2/3 of the tree. The live crown ratio will be <60%. Small diameter branches are left on the lower trunk for about a year than regular pruning would and protect the tree by providing shade to that region. They also help hide and heal pruning wounds.
Risk Reduction Trimming: Risk reduction trimming primarily targets large and overgrown mature trees. The main objective is to decrease the risk of branches falling by trimming where they connect to weaker limbs, thus reducing the overall growth rate. Additionally, we reduce end weight on branches, trim over-extended branches, and remove deadwood to enhance tree safety and longevity.
